Subject: [PATCH] MINOR: Bump git-commit-id-maven-plugin from 4.9.10 to 10.0.1

Bumps pl.project13.maven:git-commit-id-plugin from 4.9.10 to
io.github.git-commit-id:git-commit-id-maven-plugin 10.0.1.

The plugin moved to new Maven coordinates in 5.0.0, so Dependabot
cannot propose this upgrade. 4.9.10 fails in git linked worktrees with
"Could not get HEAD Ref"; 10.0.1 builds there and writes the correct
git.commit.id (see git-commit-id-maven-plugin#215).
