Subject: [PATCH] Add the Maven Central snapshot repository and move to Java 25

- Add the Maven Central snapshot repository, enabling the use of
  CloudSim Plus SNAPSHOT versions before they are released.
  Final versions still come from Maven Central.
- Compile for Java 25 and build with JDK 25 in CI (maven.yml),
  since CloudSim Plus 9 requires Java 25.
- Remove -XDaddTypeAnnotationsToSymbol=true, which Error Prone only
  needs on JDK 21.
- Use the Amazon Corretto JDK distribution in GitHub Actions, as in the
  cloudsimplus project (adopt is deprecated in setup-java).
