Subject: [PATCH] fix(storybook): drop downlevelIteration removed in TypeScript
 7

TypeScript 7.0.2 removed the option, so tsc aborted with TS5102 before
it checked anything, failing storybook#typecheck. The option was already
dead weight here: it only ever affected emit for targets below ES2015,
and this config sets target ESNext with noEmit.
