Update algorithm and RFC lists for current master Regenerate the algorithm list from NameIdMap and the default algorithm lists in src/internal.c, in preference order, and mark the SHA-1 and AES-CBC algorithms that are soft-disabled. - add ML-KEM, ML-DSA, curve25519, ed25519, rsa-sha2, and certificates - add RFC 4254, 6187, 8268, 8270, 8308, 8332, 8709, 8731 and drafts - keep @ names from autolinking with an empty HTML comment - add an overview and doc links to Home; bump the footer year
