docs: remove references to the removed evidence folder - #511

Reword the benchmark post, the multi-language page and two code comments that pointed to the folder removed in #510. The wording now says where the methodology and results are, and does not link to the removed paths.
Replace the two sentences that promised raw data on request with a statement that the methodology and results are in the post.
