Summary

Introduce prettier-plugin-angular-comment as an independent Prettier 3 plugin following prettier/prettier#20317, without modifying Prettier core.

• Opt-in /* Angular */ marker on JS/TS template literals
• Delegates to the built-in Angular parser and preserves ${...} JS interpolations
• Delegates all other embed handling to the standard Prettier printer
• Tests for Babel, TypeScript, control flow, idempotency, opt-out and compatibility
• npm package metadata, README, CI, and tag-triggered OIDC npm publishing workflow

Release readiness

• CI passes on Node 22 and 24
• npm pack --dry-run passes
• First npm package version is published by an npm package owner
• npm Trusted Publisher configured to Angular-RU/prettier-plugin-angular-comment / publish.yml

The package has not yet been published. Do not tag a release until CI and npm ownership/bootstrap have been verified.
