The gl-cli README wraps three Markdown link destinations in quotation marks, so they render as quoted relative URLs instead of working HTTPS links. Remove those quotes. The self-hosting guide also points to libs/proto/scheduler.proto; point it to the existing libs/proto/glclient/scheduler.proto.

Validation: rendered the README and checked the Rustup, developer-certificate and Core Lightning hrefs; checked the scheduler target against the source tree; git diff --check passes. Documentation only; no Rust build or full documentation-site build was run.

Thanks for triggering the workflows. On the current c35f5e3 head, six workflows passed. Check Self attempt 2 built successfully, then test_trampoline_multi_htlc and test_max_message_size failed with the same gRPC HTTP/2 broken-pipe error; 14 tests passed. This PR changes only two Markdown files. I don't have permission to rerun the upstream job. Could a maintainer rerun Check Self once to see whether the failure repeats? If it does, I can investigate further.
