Adds a Basque (eu) translation for CachyOS Kernel Manager.
lang/cachyos-kernel-manager_eu.ts: 65/65 strings translated, generated against the current sources with lupdate (includes the new Hardened, Deckify and Server kernel entries).eulocale incachyoskm_locale.qrcso the translation is loaded at runtime.Checked with lrelease: 65 finished, 0 unfinished. Placeholders (
%1), line breaks and HTML tags match the source strings.
