Moves both projects in csharp-advanced-topics/ExpressionTreesInCSharp to net10.0 and updates EF Core Sqlite to 10.0.14, Moq to 4.21.0, xunit to 2.9.3 and the test tooling packages. Renames the multiply node in DynamicMethodGenerator from add to product, adds FilterWithFunc and FilterWithExpression to EntityFrameworkSqlite to show what EF Core does with each predicate type, adds InterpretExpressionTree for Compile(preferInterpretation: true), adds a test for each, and adds a Benchmarks project (BenchmarkDotNet 0.15.8) that compares compiling a tree on every call with cached compiled and interpreted delegates and a plain lambda.

…mpile benchmarks

Target net10.0 and update EF Core Sqlite, xunit, Moq and test packages. Rename the
multiply node in DynamicMethodGenerator to product. Add FilterWithFunc and
FilterWithExpression, InterpretExpressionTree, two tests, and a Benchmarks project
that measures compiling against cached and interpreted delegates.
