Raise floors and relock for advisories published since rc.18: aiohttp 3.14.5, authlib 1.9.1, certifi 2026.10.23, filelock 4.2.4, gitpython 3.2.1, opentelemetry-api 1.45.1, setuptools 84.2.1 (all in the published image), plus pillow 13.0.0, pymongo 4.19.0, dnspython 2.9.0 and black 26.10.1 outside it. The docs site lockfile moves vite, undici, zod, source-map-js, http-cache-semantics and postcss-selector-parser past their advisories. pip-audit and npm audit report nothing.
