ci(sdk): keep unearth below 0.19 when installing pdm - #1493

unearth 0.19.0 (2026-10-27) moved to httpx2, and pdm 2.29.3 crashes on it during `pdm install` with "super(type, obj): obj must be an instance or subtype of type". pdm master has migrated (pdm-project/pdm#3962) but no release carries it yet. Signed-off-by: Kevin Wang <wy721@qq.com>

SDK testsandSDK compatibilityfail on every PR that touchessdk/ordstack/since unearth 0.19.0 was published (2026-10-27 03:05 UTC). It switched to httpx2, and pdm 2.29.3 (latest release) then crashes inpdm install:pdm master already migrated (pdm-project/pdm#3962), but it is not released yet. Pin
unearth<0.19next topip install pdminsdk/run-tests.shandsdk/compat/run-compat-tests.sh; drop it once a pdm release with the migration is out.Checked locally in a fresh venv:
pip install pdm+pdm install --devinsdk/pythonreproduces the error; with'unearth<0.19'it installs (pdm 2.29.3, unearth 0.18.3).
