build(deps): clear remaining dev dependency advisories - #1495

bun audit reported postcss, ws, uuid and stream-json, all dev-only: - viem dev dependency -> ^2.57.12, which pins ws 8.21.0. - override jayson to ^5.0.0: @solana/web3.js 1.x pulls jayson 4.3, which carries vulnerable uuid, stream-json and ws 7. jayson 5 drops uuid and stream-json, and web3.js only uses its browser client. - override postcss to ^8.5.32 for the copy resolved via tsup. Overrides only affect this package's lockfile, not consumers. The published peer ranges are unchanged. bun audit is now clean. Signed-off-by: Kevin Wang <wy721@qq.com>
Bumps ts-jest to 29.4.15 and refreshes its transitive dependencies (diff advisory). The remaining deepmerge advisory has no upstream fix and only affects jest config merging. Signed-off-by: Kevin Wang <wy721@qq.com>
