Exactly what the title says. Camels are living, so they should be included in the list of entities that bring their riders along when teleported.
Note that while this change itself would work totally fine in the 1.20 branch, 1.20 has a vanilla bug (possibly this one? but it seems specific to camels) that prevents ridden camels from being teleported at all, including by vanilla stuff like
/tp. Consequently, this PR targets 1.21.Note also that since since camels are directly controlled while ridden, just like horses, #1356 also applies to them.
