Disable Pyflakes on Darwin too.

If Pyflakes is installed and a Python run: block exceeds the pipe capacity, actionlint v1.7.12 can still hang the commit. Pyflakes uses the same pipe code as ShellCheck. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Add -pyflakes= on Darwin, or use an actionlint build with the upstream pipe fix. (github.com)
