Add an embedded-NUL assertion for length-bearing input.
The current tests cover C-string truncation and length-bearing inputs without embedded NULs. They do not detect a regression that routes std::string_view input through a C-string boundary. Add the proposed check to the existing template test; it covers both identifier_or_empty and suffix_t.
The implementation currently preserves the full range, so this is a test improvement, not a production defect.

Extend the existing template test around the hash comparison to verify
embedded-NUL handling for both `identifier_or_empty` and `suffix_t`: construct a
`TestType` from a length-bearing string view containing an embedded NUL and
assert it preserves the full length and differs from the equivalent C-string
construction, which truncates at the NUL.

Summary
PR 2 of the five-PR concept-registry stack; review against
stack/concept-registry/01-verification.Introduce experimental value types for meaningful empty text without conflating
it with an omitted selection criterion.
empty(),text(),named(), formatting, equality, ordering, and hashing.retains identifier hash-based ordering, not lexical ordering.
std::string/std::string_viewexplicitly.Length-bearing inputs preserve their supplied range, including embedded NULs;
C strings require a non-null, null-terminated input.
identifier containing empty text.
Existing identifiers remain permissive and default-constructible. This PR does
not migrate suffix consumers, change selector matching, or activate strict
identifier validation.

Callers must preserve the distinction between empty, named-empty, and omitted
values. Textual construction and ordering are deliberately not general-purpose
validation or lexical sorting policies.

Empty values sort before named values. C strings are implicit inputs;std::stringandstd::string_viewinputs are explicit.
