The plugin setup links used an obsolete /docs prefix that returns 404. Point both README links at the current MCP guide.
The published v2.15.0 archive and tag stay unchanged. A website compatibility redirect is being handled separately for existing downloads.
Validation: canonical guide HTTP 200, package verification, five package tests, and git diff --check passed.
