Microsoft's azure-cli apt repo for resolute only has 2.90+, so the "Pin Azure CLI" step (azure-cli 2.87.0, Azure/azure-cli#32869 workaround) fails withVersion '2.87.0-1~resolute' for 'azure-cli' was not found, failing "E2E Azure AKS" in uid2-operator.
