Updates the Roadrunner entry to roadrunner 0.10.4 from Hex and tightens its handler setup.
The listener adds roadrunner_etag, roadrunner's conditional-request middleware: each GET/HEAD 200 gets a weak ETag, and a matching If-None-Match gets a 304
Every route answers GET, HEAD and POST only, so roadrunner's router answers any other method with 405 and an Allow header, instead of the catch-all serving TRACE, OPTIONS and unknown methods with 200
docs/content/servers/roadrunner.md: the version, the description, and the embedded sources regenerated to match the files
Measured locally against the image this Dockerfile builds, with this repo's CLI: 158/159, 11 warnings, 213 tests (it was 156/159 with 39 warnings on 0.10.1). Since the last update, roadrunner answers an oversized Content-Length or chunk size with 400 and an unknown Expect with 417, which clears MAL-CL-OVERFLOW, MAL-CHUNK-SIZE-OVERFLOW and COMP-EXPECT-UNKNOWN. The caching and method changes clear 11 more warnings, COMP-UNKNOWN-METHOD and COMP-OPTIONS-ALLOW among them. The one remaining failure, MAL-LONG-METHOD (roadrunner answers 501, as RFC 9112 §3 asks), passes once #160 lands.
