We should swap this over to hashes for security reasons eventually (and anywhere else in our umbrella of projects where we do this); see: https://scientific-python.org/specs/spec-0008/#pin-github-actions-release-workflows-to-their-full-release-commit-shas

with:
ruby-version: '3.4.1' # Not needed with a .ruby-version file
bundler-cache: true # runs 'bundle install' and caches installed gems automatically
