feat: support GLM-5.3 Flash dynamic FP8 KV cache with regression cove… - #1621
GLM-5.3 Flash now supports dynamic FP8 sparse KV caching with BF16 compute and no static calibration file.
The mode supports sparse attention during prefill and decode, with documented cache and prefill/decode transfer configurations.
Documentation
Updated FP8 KV guides with setup requirements, storage details, supported configurations, and limitations. GLM-5.3 Flash does not support fp8kv_sph or fp8kv_spt.
Added guidance for testing FP8 KV scenarios and request pause-and-resume behavior.

Walkthrough
This pull request adds dynamic fp8kv_dsa support for GLM-5.3 Flash, including packed KV storage, sparse prefill and decode paths, model configuration, deployment guidance, and regression coverage. It also updates request hashing to pass NumPy prompt-ID arrays directly.

Updates the FlashMLA pin and installation command, documents fp8kv_dsa constraints and GLM-5.3 Flash paths, and adds P/D, cache-reuse, CPU-cache, and pause-recovery test coverage and procedures.
ModelTC/LightLLM#1655: Changes GLM5 cache lifecycle and storage contracts used by the FP8 manager and cache paths.
ModelTC/LightLLM#1617: Changes page-based KV allocation and request-index gathering related to the page-capacity changes here.
ModelTC/LightLLM#1657: Changes the GLM5 indexer cache representation used alongside the packed KV layout.

Remove tl.constexpr from the values that vary per prefill.
_can_use_selected_prefill accepts batches with 2–8 query tokens and at least 65,536 ragged tokens. The prefill state allocates ragged_mem_index with infer_state.total_token_num, so ragged_mem_index.numel() can differ between prefill batches. Passing it as tl.constexpr can create a distinct Triton specialization and JIT compilation for each length.
The generic multi-chunk path passes q.shape[0] as NUM_Q_TOKENS, which can also vary between invocations.
packed_rows is packed_kv.shape[0], the packed-cache row capacity. The workspace manager treats it as persistent cache capacity, not a per-prefill-batch value. Keep it as tl.constexpr. Also, 584 is the packed row width, not packed_rows.
