Proposed changes

Players in the lobby get a book that opens a short tutorial on how to play. Each role has its own chapter that turns like a book, with two points per page and the items shown at the end. Close stays at the bottom of every page, and escape works as well. Before the round starts the book is taken away and an open tutorial closes.
