When a forwarded SMS/RCS message is read on another of the account's devices, Apple sends command 147 on the SMS forwarding service with the read message's guid in "g". rustpush sends 147 but had no decoder for incoming ones, so the notice was dropped and the message stayed unread on the receiving client. Decode it as Message::Read with id = g.

When a forwarded SMS/RCS message is read on another of the account's devices (for example the iPhone), Apple sends command 147 on the SMS forwarding service with the read message's guid in
g(plus the read time ine, andfRon some). rustpush sends 147 (MessageReadOnDevice) but had no decoder for incoming ones, so the notice was dropped and the message stayed unread on the receiving client.This decodes an incoming 147 that has
gasMessage::Readwithid = g. Nothing else changes.Testing: builds on current master (
cargo check). The payload shape is from 147 messages seen in debug logs on my own account. I have not been able to run it end to end yet, so a check on your side would be welcome.
