When CUPS is configured to print into a file with file:// URI, the newly printed file does not fully rewrite the existing output data. Trim the file upon opening it.

As noted in the parent bug, this behavior is intentional since CUPS 2.4.17 to address multiple security vulnerabilities and won't be brought back. |
