deps-v1.14.0 is the tested deps-v1.14.0-rc1 bundles with only the version changed (file names, each zip's version.json, the deltas' baseSha256, the sidecars); every other file is byte-identical. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
