Profile links arrived after some events had already asked for a GitHub
or LinkedIn address on their registration form, so those participants
have the address in an answer and an empty profile link. Their own
profile did not mention profile links at all: with none set, the links
row renders nothing.

On your own profile:

  • Under your name, link to the Account page: "Add your GitHub, LinkedIn
or Renku link" while none is set, "Edit your profile links" after.
  • Beside an answer holding a GitHub, LinkedIn or Renku profile address
for a link you have not set, offer "Save as your LinkedIn link" (or
GitHub, or Renku). It saves that one link through UserService.Edit
and leaves the other two as they are.
