Extend simple streaming, terminal-task cancellation and artifact delivery
scenarios to run over HTTP+JSON alongside gRPC, covering both current
and legacy handlers.
Add REST test-server setup and regression coverage for resource cleanup
after setup failures, exceptions and cancellation.
Validation on Windows/Python 3.10:
os.killpg and FastAPI pickling. Full Linux CI verification remains pending.
