The lint, type and coverage job moves from 3.12 to 3.15 and syncs with --python 3.15 so it uses that interpreter; the matrix still covers 3.11 through 3.15.

Summary
Runtime follow-up to the maintenance sweep: CI that does not test a deployed runtime moves to the newest release. The package is a library, so its test matrix keeps covering the whole supported range and is unchanged; only the single job named below moves. Nothing in the published package changes, so this ships without a version bump.
Worked with Varun, as part of a three-session maintenance sweep.
Not done, on purpose: the test matrix and the declared supported versions are unchanged.
