Adds DVARA under Artificial Intelligence, after Dokimos. It's written in Java and ships Spring Boot starters on Maven Central (com.dvarahq:dvara-spring-boot-starter), so a Spring AI or LangChain4j app can add policy, PII redaction, guardrails, rate limits and an audit log to model calls.
