Adds Frame (https://github.com/lambdasec/frame), an open-source security scanner. Its symbolic engine does taint analysis with separation-logic checks in Z3 for Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C/C++ and C#; an optional LLM layer adds detection, triage and fixes, and its findings are kept in a separate tier from the symbolic ones.
