Support SQLite’s INDEXED BY index_name and NOT INDEXED clauses in SELECT, UPDATE and DELETE, including SELECT * FROM t AS x INDEXED BY i. These clauses impose index-selection requirements, with INDEXED BY requiring the named index to be usable. See https://www.sqlite.org/lang_indexedby.html

SQLite enables parsing through Dialect::supports_indexed_by(). TableFactor::Table::index_directives holds a Vec<TableIndexDirective> covering MySQL’s index hints and SQLite’s index-selection requirements. This is a breaking API change for consumers of index_hints, and MySQL hints are wrapped in TableIndexDirective::MySql(TableIndexHints { .. }).
