The <4.0.0 cap makes Poetry silently resolve old releases (e.g. 0.10.0) for projects declaring an open-ended requires-python range, with no error or warning. The cap offers no real protection (see apache#1348), so drop it and keep requires-python as >=3.10. Signed-off-by: Shahzeb Ali <126076773+Shahzeb-DataEngineer@users.noreply.github.com>

Description
The
requires-python = ">=3.10.0,<4.0.0"upper bound makes Poetry silently resolve old PyIceberg releases (e.g. 0.10.0) for projects that declare an open-endedrequires-pythonrange, with no error or warning — as hit in pandas-dev/pandas-stubs#2015. The<4.0.0cap offers no real protection (per the consensus in #1348, and Python 4 is not planned), so this drops it and keepsrequires-python = ">=3.10".Changes:
pyproject.toml:requires-python = ">=3.10"uv.lock: matchingrequires-pythonheader (uv lock --checkpasses; the resolved dependency set is unchanged)Related Issue
