• api7 chart: version 3.10.11 -> 3.10.12, appVersion 3.10.9; dashboard, dp_manager, developer_portal and file_server image tags v3.10.9.
• gateway chart: version 3.10.17 -> 3.10.18, appVersion 3.10.9; image tag 3.10.9.
• READMEs regenerated with helm-docs v1.13.1.

No structural changes: the control plane helm/ chart is unchanged between v3.10.8 and v3.10.9, and the gateway config-default.yaml changes (new request-decompress plugin in the default plugin list, comment-only updates for the stream metrics zone and fallback_cp) touch nothing the gateway chart renders.
