Scope

Follow-up to #702 and PakarController#41. Preserve published command numbers while
preventing Pakar audio0x11 from reaching the native PWM dispatcher.

  • Canonical, append-only namespace allocations and generated consumer views.
  • Reuse the actual existing generator as a portable core; Go display names are
generated too. Pinned, guarded consumer synchronization and upstream checking.
  • Require the fixed native envelope marker before MCU/Go semantic dispatch.
  • Preserve unknown optional opcodes inside the admitted namespace.
  • CI compares assignments with both golden fixtures and its actual protected base.

Verification

Five generator/compatibility tests pass, native Go and UDP focused tests pass,
and the actual C++ UART test rejects all255 foreign markers, then accepts the
next valid native frame. No wire numbers are renumbered and no board is changed.
Full CI, consumer integration and physical/deployment acceptance remain separate.
