A targeted conversation audit in a fresh worktree can have a committed cross-repository inventory but no ignored raw cache. Previously, fetching Pakar alone regenerated the inventory from only that cache, dropping 778 PCController/Pealayer records. The deletion was caught before commit during the PortableShell preservation audit.

Merge refreshed repository/number entries into the existing inventory and retain untouched records and their exact review evidence. Scope text distinguishes historical retained evidence from refreshed records. Fetching still never promotes manual review, and pagination/failure checks remain intact. The restored inventory contains 816 records across all three repositories.

Validation: focused audit tests cover empty/partial/full refreshes, replacement without duplication, preservation of other donors and review state. An actual targeted cached refresh preserved all 778 donor records. Existing donor comparison hashes were updated only for the reread tool, tests and coordination document. No firmware, client runtime, board or unrelated draft PR is changed. Relates to #3.
