Refresh live standalone PortableShell components to 3a7eeba with exact source hashes and shared meter, undo, utility and table-policy dependencies. Preserve firmware commands, authentication and hardware owners. Fix theme indexing for the default palette, expose cyan/default, and release mouse capture before returning to the prompt.
Stacked on #44 to preserve its unmerged firmware/artwork work. Historical reference files remain identified separately from the live component pin.
Validation: complete gated shell suite passed; final workspace test and nine-page captures passed, including mouse-release ordering, inline edits, typed actions, secrets and navigation. ESP32-S3 compilation is running. No firmware was flashed. Full-session F7/history expansion/hex are not part of this standalone-header integration; no claim of automatic parity for those features.
Tests now understand upstream header spacing, uppercase categories and styled keycaps. The existing gated wrapper accepts an isolated named build directory to avoid Windows executable locks. Source-comparison evidence records the inspected changes; unrelated donor and physical gates remain open.
