bb-block staging moved from test.blockstaging.build to block.builderlabstaging.xyz, so `bl apps` must accept compose-ctrl.block.builderlabstaging.xyz. The old host still answers during the transition and stays trusted. test.blockstaging.buildtoblock.builderlabstaging.xyz. The cutover finished on 2026-10-27 with BPCI #2028. This PR addscompose-ctrl.block.builderlabstaging.xyztoTRUSTED_CONTROL_PLANE_HOSTS, sobl appsaccepts the new control plane.The old
compose-ctrl.test.blockstaging.buildhost still answers (both currently return401without credentials), so it stays trusted for anyone whoseBL_APPS_CONTROL_PLANE_URLstill points at it. It can be removed once the old domain is retired.Tests:
