Add mobile default-agent selection and a signed preference writer. Inject Home destinations from the app root, remove the unused AgentsPage, and name inventory spacing and navigation radius tokens. Summary
Holding the default-agent shortcut expands its pill left over New and Search and displays the existing live voice-note waveform. Releasing sends the recording as a voice note to the default agent and opens the DM for the reply. A normal tap still opens the conversation; sliding upward cancels.
Retain the agent avatar at the right edge, honor reduced motion, and expose accessible Record, Send, and Discard actions. Cancel capture on backgrounding/navigation, prevent recording during a Huddle, and retain failed sends locally by account/community/agent. Persist the signed event before publication so retries reuse the same message ID.
This is a separate alternative branch incorporating the unmerged navigation work from #8649, plus current main. It does not modify that PR's branch.
Related issue
Builds on #8649; related to #7956. Searched open voice/default-agent issues and PRs; no duplicate of this specific footer gesture found.
Testing
4558cbf61: full mobile suite 3,851 passed, 25 skipped; separate unconfigured-push suite 4 passed; native signing package 27 passed.
