extraction: keep kernel buffer path when frameworks need extract() - #563
A framework resolver with an extract() hook (express, django, vue, http-routing, …) made frameworksNeedDecode true for the whole project, forcing every file onto the decoded-object path — on pretix, all 1,472 files paid per-node object materialization + structured-clone cost instead of the flat-buffer transport.
The hook only needs (filePath, source), so the parse worker now runs it after a successful kernel extract and appends its nodes/refs onto the transport. The store worker (extraNodes/extraRefs) and materializeKernelResult push them onto the decoded tables in the same order extractFromSource produces: kernel → framework nodes; kernel → CommonJS → framework refs. Merge warnings ride result.errors as before.
Shared merge extracted into framework-extracts.ts so the decoded path and the transport path cannot drift.
C++ macro-method files and kernel deferrals keep the decoded fallback unchanged.
Measured
pretix (Bun): 1,416/1,472 files now ride kernelBuffers (was 0). Graph output identical — 32,799 nodes / 73,404 edges / 165,700 refs, byte-identical kind distribution vs pre-change.
n8n (Node): index RSS −10% (7.41 GiB vs 8.26 GiB documented). Wall within noise on pretix/n8n both runtimes — the win is main-thread headroom and removing the accidental fast-path disable, not a claimed wall-time delta.
Test plan
New regression tests: framework output on the buffer transport stores after decode; materializeKernelResult appends framework nodes/refs after kernel tables in order
Real-corpus parity on pretix (counts + kind distribution identical)

New Features
Framework-specific extraction results are now included alongside kernel-generated results, preserving related nodes and references across supported extraction paths.
Extraction can continue when an individual framework extractor encounters an error; a warning is recorded with the framework and file details.
A framework with an extract() hook forced EVERY file in a framework-
enabled project off the deferred-decode path — pretix paid decoded-object
+ structured-clone cost on all 1,472 files instead of flat buffers.
The hook needs only (filePath, source), so the parse worker runs it after
a successful kernel extract and appends its nodes/refs to the transport;
the store worker and materializeKernelResult push them onto the decoded
tables in the same order extractFromSource produces (kernel → framework
nodes; kernel → CommonJS → framework refs).

Walkthrough
Framework extraction is shared across the tree-sitter and kernel parsing paths. Kernel storage bundles and materialization now carry framework nodes alongside kernel results. Tests cover framework nodes in stored and materialized results.
A shared helper runs applicable framework extractors, appends their nodes and references, and records extractor failures as warnings. The tree-sitter path now uses the helper.
Apply framework extracts to kernel results src/extraction/parse-worker.ts
The parse worker uses raw kernel extraction except for C++ files that may define methods with their own macros. After successful raw extraction, it applies framework extracts.
Transport and materialize framework nodes src/extraction/store-writer.ts, src/extraction/index.ts, src/extraction/store-worker.ts, src/extraction/kernel/index.ts, __tests__/kernel-retry-materialize.test.ts
The store bundle carries nonempty framework nodes as extra nodes. Decoding and materialization append framework nodes to kernel nodes. Tests cover storage and materialization of framework extraction results.

Merge Risk: Low · previous review de858
Framework nodes remain available, but index counts can be understated and materialized error lists can contain duplicates. These bounded issues are mergeable with owner awareness and follow-up fixes.

- Line 2463: Update the nodeCount calculation that uses
result.kernelCounts.nodes to include result.nodes.length, so framework-added
nodes are counted in both the stored file record and the nodesCreated total.
Review comments at @src/extraction/kernel/index.ts:
- Line 318: Update materializeKernelResult to append only framework errors added
after raw extraction; exclude the kernel errors already decoded from the raw
result so they are not duplicated.

Two follow-ups from review:
- nodeCount used kernelCounts.nodes only; framework nodes appended to
result.nodes were stored but uncounted (file record + nodesCreated).
- materializeKernelResult pushed all of result.errors; the kernel's own
errors already decode from the buffers, so append only the tail.
