Looks good to me. I compared this with the SwiftPM implementation in react-native-bottom-tabs thats recently merged SMP support.
Tested locally with React Native 0.88:

• SwiftPM: Debug and Release builds passed.
• CocoaPods: Release build passed.
• All 13 iOS E2E tests passed for both integrations.
  No blocking issues found.
