- Add the Maven Central snapshot repository, enabling the use of CloudSim Plus SNAPSHOT versions before they are released. Final versions still come from Maven Central. - Compile for Java 25 and build with JDK 25 in CI (maven.yml), since CloudSim Plus 9 requires Java 25. - Remove -XDaddTypeAnnotationsToSymbol=true, which Error Prone only needs on JDK 21. - Use the Amazon Corretto JDK distribution in GitHub Actions, as in the cloudsimplus project (adopt is deprecated in setup-java). Adds the Maven Central snapshot repository (
https://central.sonatype.com/repository/maven-snapshots/) topom.xml, so the project can use CloudSim Plus-SNAPSHOTversions before they are released.<releases>is disabled in this repository, so Maven only asks it for-SNAPSHOTversions.
