Enables using CloudSim Plus SNAPSHOT versions before they are released. Final versions still come from Maven Central. - Fix the project version case: 9.0.0-snapshot -> 9.0.0-SNAPSHOT, since repository paths are case-sensitive. https://central.sonatype.com/repository/maven-snapshots/) topom.xml, so the project can use CloudSim Plus-SNAPSHOTversions before they are released.<releases>is disabled in this repository, so Maven only asks it for-SNAPSHOTversions. The project version changes from

The project already compiles for Java 25 and uses JDK 25 in CI, as CloudSim Plus 9 requires.
GitHub Actions now use the Amazon Corretto JDK distribution, as the cloudsimplus project does, instead of
