Update to latest TLS version to satisfy corporate security checks on patch hygiene and threat models

Thanks for pushing on this! main now bundles Node 24.22.1, Node's October security release and newer than 24.19.0, and every release checks the Node download against nodejs.org's published checksums (#2806, #2817). It's merged but not yet released, so it ships in the next release after 1.6.2. Closing in favor of those. |
