Summary

Document the existing --bind-fd and --ro-bind-fd options in bwrap.xml, keeping the generated man page in sync with bwrap --help and the implementation.

Fixes #767.

Validation

• Parsed bwrap.xml successfully.
• Built bubblewrap and ran the Meson test suite in an openSUSE Tumbleweed Linux container: 1 test passed; 5 tests skipped because the container does not permit the required namespace/sandbox operations.
• git diff --check passed.
