Update qs from 6.16.0 to 6.16.1 and pulldown-cmark from 0.13.4 to 0.13.5. Keep the changes limited to lockfiles and the first patched releases. ### Why Resolve GHSA-6pq8-jhm2-2vcw and RUSTSEC-2026-0414. The remaining low-severity deepmerge advisory has no patched release. Its json-schema-library parent has no compatible update that removes it. ### Testing Cargo deny passes for all five CI workspaces. The pnpm frozen lockfile install passes. Pnpm audit reports only the existing unpatched deepmerge advisory. Assisted-by: gpt-6.1-sol
