… a word count The old sentence said not to shrink items to fit. Name cutting items as well, and the word count they must not be cut to meet.

Matches the internal copy of the ketchup skill and states outright the behavior Lauren approved in #692: ketchup never cuts or shrinks items to stay under a word count, even when that makes the reply long.
