docs: xrootd: clarify how the door selects pools for capacity reporting - #8279

Motivation: The section on xrootd.capacity.source added in dCache#8277 names dcache.enable.space-reservation, while the door follows xrootd.enable.space-reservation. It leaves out how pools are matched, the fallback to links outside link groups, and that xrootdfs caches space queries per mount, which decides what df shows. Modification: Describe the write link match (storage information of the directory, client address, Xrootd protocol, highest preference), name xrootd.enable.space-reservation and the assumed spacemanager.enable.unreserved-uploads-to-linkgroups, and mention the fallback to links outside link groups. Explain that the value is the space for new files, and how xrootdfs caching affects df. Result: The book matches the behaviour of the xrootd door.
