Replaces the 4,294-line full-text hasherezade mirror (flagged CC-BY-SA 3.0 by Black Duck) with a title/URL/date index plus short summaries written in our own words, per the index-only policy in references/SOURCES.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
