What & why
Julien suggested making test check names consistent and easier to scan. This PR removes the redundant
test-prefix, identifies webapp checks by project, and uses kebab-case names for training-task checks.Technical plan
Rename the reusable workflow jobs and give the training matrices display-only slugs, while preserving task identifiers used by Cypress. Update the contributing guide reference to the renamed federated job.

Server test splitting and webapp E2E scope review remain separate follow-up work.
