Summary

Adds the built-in ASCII logo for SpaceOS 9, using spaceos9 (the ID
from /etc/os-release) so automatic detection works out of the box.

Changes

• Add src/logo/ascii/s/spaceos9.txt (31×19, $1–$3 placeholders).
• Register spaceos9 in src/logo/ascii/s.inc with cyan / purple / white
  palette slots matching the distro mark.
• Add the logo to the Unreleased changelog.

Screenshots

The screenshot is from SpaceOS 9 (SpaceKernel 3.0) running in QEMU/UEFI.
fastfetch was built with musl, placed in the SpaceOS root filesystem, and run
without --logo; automatic detection selected spaceos9 from
/etc/os-release (ID=spaceos9).

Testing

• Built with cmake -B build -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release and
  cmake --build build -j.
• ./build/fastfetch --list-logos | grep -i spaceos9 → "spaceos9".
• ./build/fastfetch -l spaceos9 renders the logo.
• Verified on SpaceOS 9: a musl build run in QEMU/UEFI auto-detects
  OS: SpaceOS 9 x86_64, Kernel: SpaceKernel 3.0-spk, Shell: ash, and the
  spaceos9 logo without --logo.
• ./build/fastfetch -c presets/ci.jsonc --stat false and
  --format json succeed; JSON parses.
• ctest --output-on-failure — this local build has no tests configured
  (No tests were found!!!).
• clang-format — the checkout's .clang-format cannot be parsed by the
  local clang-format 21.1.8 (Cpp11BracedListStyle: Block invalid); the new
  entry follows the surrounding file's existing style.

Checklist

• I have tested my changes locally.
• The logo is linked to an existing Logo Request issue (Closes #2692).
• The logo is smaller than 50×20 and uses $N placeholders.
