What changed in this PR
Syncs Flatcar’s Go packaging with Gentoo and enables Go 1.27.3 for amd64 and arm64.
Changes:
- Refreshes Go versions, architecture keywords, and source checksums.
- Updates Go 1.27.3 to EAPI 9, raises its bootstrap requirement, and removes a patch.
- Adds update and security changelog entries.
